South Park is in Hot Water ... Again

(Author's note: While the photo above does depict Mohammed dressed up as a cute bear mascot as was shown on last week's episode of South Park, we at Two Bowls For Breakfast are using it in no way to insult or defame Mohammed. We enjoy our heads too much to create that kind of stir. So we'll just keep making fun of other religions that only threaten litigation when you make fun of their prophets. You're welcome.)

According to this article from CNN.com, Trey Parker and Matt Stone have something coming to them. The radical Islamic Web site ("radical" meaning extreme and potentially dangerous, not "awesome" or "tubular" or "gnarly") Revolutionmuslim.com - the same site that supported a jihad against the West and praised Osama Bin Laden - issued a statement about the creators of South Park. In it, they criticized Stone and Parker for airing the episode which featured Mohammed in said bear costume and warned of violent actions against them.

Call it what you will, but I'm crossing the folks at Revolutionmusliim.com off my Arbor Day card recipient list. That kind of threat, along with posting Parker and Stone's addresses as well as a taped sermon encouraging violence against all who defame Mohammed, just proves that the world would be a better place if everyone listened to a little Bob Marley ... and chilled the fuck out.
